Pre-recorded Healing: Hypnosis is a natural state. You go in and out of it many times a day. Trance is just a scary word for letting your conscious mind relax, and bringing your unconscious forward, where it can be spoken to, programmed, to do your bidding. Hypnosis is when a trained healer speaks to your unconscious, communicating what long-term changes you want your unconscious to put into practice.

I use a form of hypnosis called "permissive" or "suggestive". Instead of commands, I offer your unconscious choices, and your own best self chooses, so you are always in control.
